There is no doubt that Universal Electric Lamp Company was a manufacturer, and not an OEM. Both Atlas and Buck brands were produced and UELCo was part of the lawsuits against the RCA monopoly that dragged on until 1929.

It's not yet clear if the Universal Lamp factory was repurposed, closed down, or became one of the five Marvin tube factories that came out of the settlement with RCA.
