Brand(s): Goldentone, Neon Lite, URECO

United Radio & Electric Corp. was in existance before April 1922, at 71 Sixth Avenue, Brooklyn, advertising in the Daily Eagle newspaper. Making radios for several years, it appears they entered into the tube business in time for the 1925 Christmas season. This timing may have been intentional, as it was just after the big FBI cases and shut-downs of several, and well ahead of the RCA patent resolutions which wouldnt see daylight until 1929.

Goldentone Radio Vacuum Tubes appear in 5000 Trade Names, pg. 29, linking them to URECO. I dont find the brand advertised.

Neon Lite of America shows their tubes as made by United Radio & Electric Corp. I suspect it was just another shell to rebrand as 'AC tube manufacturers' and perhaps gain steam from the advent of Neon tubes in advertising.
